All About You

In a land of whimsy, where dreams take flight, Lived a marvelous creature, oh what a sight! With stripes of all colors and shapes all around, This unique little being was joyfully found.

It sang in the morning, it danced through the day, In a world where uniqueness was more than okay. “Embrace who you are!” it would cheerfully say, “For there’s no one like you in this wondrous display.”

Hold firm to your heart, like a tree to its roots, Wear your quirks like a crown, or a pair of bright boots. When others might question or murmur or doubt, Let your spirit stand tall, let your true self shine out.

For words can be tricky, they twist and they turn, But your value, dear one, is not theirs to discern. You are bold, you are bright, like the stars in the sky, So cherish your light, let it never run dry.

Boundaries are magic, like walls of a fort, They keep your heart safe, a wonderful sort. Say “yes” when it feels right, and “no” when it’s true, For respecting yourself is what you must do.

So dance to your rhythm, sing your own song, In a world full of wonders, you truly belong. And remember, dear friend, in all that you do, The best kind of love starts with loving you.
